Police: Man On Marijuana, PCP Had Crack, Oxycodone

Ali Erol, 48, of 31 Westmont Road, Wethersfield, was arrested June 10 in Wethersfield and charged with second-degree breach of peace. According to police, Erol is accused of slapping his wife at Westfarms mall during an argument. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 11, 2012.

Paul Nenortas, 48, of 104 Centerbrook Drive, Manchester, was arrested June 10 at the intersection of Red Oak Hill and Indian Hill Road and charged with failure to drive right, operating under the influence and restricted turns failure to signal. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 20, 2012.

Mario Enrique Rivera, 23, of 203 Beths Ave., Bristol, was arrested June 10 and charged with failure to keep narcotics in an original container, possession with intent to sell, operating under the influence, possession of narcotics and reckless driving. According to police, officers stopped Rivera because he was driving erratically and discovered he was under the influence of marijuana and PCP. The officer also found crack cocaine and oxycodone with him, police said. Rivera posted $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear June 19, 2012.

Edwina Carter, 26, of 76 Michael Ave., East Hartford, was arrested June 10 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 20, 2012.

Shante Jones, 23, of 826 Pine St., Bristol, was arrested June 10 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 20, 2012.

Alana Mary Soucy-Carveth, 19, of 21 Jeffrey Drive, turned herself in on a warrant June 9 in connection with a January 19 one-car accident. She was charged with operating under the influence under age 21 and operating under the influence. She was released on a written promise to appear and scheduled to appear June 20, 2012.

Daniel Mcauliffe, 52, of 335 Sonstrom Road, Bristol, was arrested June 9 at 335 Sonstrom Road and charged with disobeying a signal and reckless driving. According to police, Mcauliffe engaged police in pursuit and was arrested later at his home in Bristol.

Simone Stephanie Scott, 33, of 96 Mather St., Hartford, was arrested June 8 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. Scott was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 20, 2012.

Jordan Austin Plummer, 19, of 29 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested by warrant June 8 and charged with disobeying a signal, failure to obey a control signal, operating under suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Plummer is accused of engaging police in pursuit on Sept. 5, 2011.  He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 19, 2012.

Ashley Gulum, 22, of 41 Chatham Ave., Milford, was arrested June 8 at Westfarms mall and charged with fifth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 20, 2012.

Diana Rivera, 28, of 159 Flatbush Ave., Hartford, was arrested June 8 at the Hartford Police Department and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. According to police, Rivera is accused of spitting on and punching her supervisor after being fired. She posted $1,500 surety bond and was scheduled to appear June 19, 2012.
