Police: Man's Four Kids in Car During Accident, DUI

Michael Anthony Fasolo, 46, of 1 Wells Drive, was arrested Feb. 22 by warrant at the Farmington Police Department and charged with disobeying a signal, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer. According to police, Fasolo is accused of engaging officers in pursuit after a domestic violence incident. He posted $20,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear Feb. 23, 2012.

Roger Potter, 45, of 29 Harvest Hill Road, West Simsbury, was arrested Feb. 22 on Farmington Avenue, west of Pilgrim Patch after an accident with his four children in the car. Potter was charged with following too close, operating under the influence and four counts of risk of injury to a minor. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 29, 2012.

Amy Bukowski, 28, of 49 Bannan Lane, Berlin, was arrested Feb. 22 at 25 Chimney Hill and charged with second-degree larceny and operating under a suspended license. According to police, Bukowski is accused of stealing a car from the home. Bukowski was released. Police said the resident did not want to press charges.
