Police: Woman Arrested After Getting Okay for Parking Spot

Arrests for July 11. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Shadeed Lateef, 30, of 6 Carmel St., Hartford, was arrested July 10 at 102 New Britain Ave. and charged with first-degree criminal trespassing. According to arrest reports, Lateef was arrested for refusing to leave his ex-girlfriend’s apartment. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 11, 2011.

Karen Donnell, 53, of 7 Langley Park, was arrested July 9 at 12 Mill St., after she allegedly approached a police officer while intoxicated. According to arrest reports, Donnell parked her car by the Dunkin Donuts in Unionville just before the fireworks were to start, then asked an officer if it was okay to leave her car there. She was charged with operating under the influence and released on $1,500 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear July 20, 2011.

Jeremy Michael Boisture, 21, of 145 Whiting St. Apt. 6, New Britain, was arrested July 9 at 48 Robin Road for his alleged connection in an attempted burglary. According to arrest reports, Boisture distracted the homeowner while a juvenile accomplice tried to steal something from the garage. He was charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Police also discovered Boisture was wanted on a second-degree failure to appear warrant out of New Britain. He was held on $50,500 surety bond for the two cases and scheduled to appear July 11, 2011.

Kenneth Joseph Levesque, 25, of 17A Old Farms Road, Avon, was arrested July 9 at the intersection of Mountain Spring and Talcott Notch roads and charged with criminal violation of a protective order. According to arrest reports, Levesque was found with the subject of a protective order. He was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and released on $5,000 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear July 11, 2011.

Kevin Thomas Buden, 19, of 34 Wilson St., Plainville, was arrested July 9 at the intersection of Scott Swamp Road and New Britain Avenue and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to have tail lamps, operating under the influence under the age of 21 and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 20, 2011.

Charles Stephens, 45, of 29 Sherman St., Plainville, was arrested July 8 on South Main Street and charged with illegal obtaining or supplying and operating without a license. According to arrest reports, he was in possession of an illegal prescription drug during a motor vehicle stop. He was released on $250 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 19, 2011.

Sheila Dickerson, 52, of 210 Capen St., Hartford, was arrested July 8 at Westfarms mall and charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 20, 2011.

Leon Harris, 57, of 133 Colby Drive, East Hartford, was arrested July 8 at Westfarms mall and charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 20, 2011.
