According to witnesses, it's possible the suspect left in an older model silver or grayish color Ford Taurus.”

The suspect is described as a white male and was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with the hood up and a knit hat underneath. He was also wearing blue jeans and is about six feet tall with a thin build, police said.

Strange but I had to go to TDBANK yesterday and was a little apprehensive due to the many bank robberies in Southington lately. I had a feeling the bank would be robbed. I was so shocked that my premonition came true. What happened to the guards that used to be in the banks? With the economy not doing well, bank robberies are on the rise. I think they should go back to having security. I'm sure I am not the only one who is nervous about visiting the banks.

Well if the Southington PD wasn't handing out tickets on Queen St or other parts of town maybe the could be watching out for this kind of activity
