State Police Searching for Sexual Offender

The following is a press release from State Police Lt. Paul Vance.

The Connecticut State Police holds an active, extraditable, felony warrant for Christian Santiago in connection with the sexual assault of a child (NCIC # W982728930, CSP Case # CFS-1100268024). 

Santiago is a convicted sexual offender with known affiliations to the Crips.  He has numerous tattoos, inclusive of the one shown above on his left shoulder. 

Santiago has ties to Enfield, Winsted, Torrington, and New Britain, Connecticut, as well as relatives in NYC and upstate New York.  Santiago is aware of the existence of the warrant and has made the comment that he will not go back to prison.

Santiago was born on February 23, 1983 and is 5’ 11”, 180 lbs, and has black hair and brown eyes.
