Teen Charged With Mischief After Allegedly Disrespecting Speed Trailer

Arrests for March 28

Betsy Robles, 38, of 308 Colt Highway Apt. 56, was arrested March 27 at home during a domestic disturbance and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 28, 2011.

Joel Roeling Hava, 24, of 157 Town Hill Road, New Hartford, was arrested March 27 at 1 Batterson Park Road following a domestic disturbance. He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. He was held on $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 28, 2011.

Andres Arroyo, 23, of 29 Lasalle Court 2f, New Britain, was arrested March 27 at the intersection of Southeast Road and New Britain Town Line. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 30, 2011.

Rhonda McCamish, 47, of 1 Batterson Park Road Apt. 212, was arrested March 27 at 1 Batterson Park Road following a domestic disturbance. She was charged with disorderly conduct and released on $500 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear March 28, 2011.

Christopher Carlson, 18, of 108 Henley Way, Avon, was arrested March 26 near a speed trailer Farmington Police set up at the intersection of Mountain Spring Road and Farmington Avenue. According to police, an MDC officer saw a vehicle parked along the road and stopped to investigate. He reportedly saw Carlson walking back to the road from the trailer and, investigating, discovered Carlson had urinated on the trailer. Officers allegedly also found beer in the vehicle, along with two underage passengers. He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and released on a written promise to appear. Carlson and the two passengers were issued town code violations for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Stanley Rider, 69, of 21 Mullen Hill Road, Waterford, turned himself in on a warrant March 26 and charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor. He was released on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 5, 2011.
