Teen Charged with Misrepresenting Age to Buy Alcohol

Robert Dinan, 29, of 93 Wolcott Road, Simsbury, was arrested June 24 on Litchfield Road and was charged with operating unregistered motor vehicle and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 11, 2012.

Erika Murphy, 22, of 164 Harwinton Ave., Torrington, was arrested June 24 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Prattling Pond Road and was charged with failure to obey a control signal and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 11, 2012.

Ryan Levey, 19, of 5 Grosvenor Place, was arrested June 23 at 20 South Main St. and charged with misrepresenting age to procure alcohol. According to police, Levey used a fake driver’s license to try to buy alcohol. He was released on $250 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 11, 2012.

Yvette Marie Burl, 46, of 90 Enfield St., Hartford, was arrested June 23 at Westfarms mall and charged with second-degree breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a minor. According to police, she is accused of shoplifting and creating a disturbance at Lord & Taylor with her young daughter. She was released on $25,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 3, 2012.

Rosa Eguizabal, 54, of 271 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was arrested June 23 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear July 11, 2012.

James McManama, 56, of 22 Sylvan Ave., Unionville was arrested by warrant June 22 at home and charged with violation of probation. He was held on $500,000 bond and scheduled to appear June 25, 2012.
