A truck accident caused a fire on the I-84 ramp at Exit 39 in Farmington on Thursday morning. Both the ramp and Route 4 are closed near the accident.
CL&P was also called to the scene because power lines were down across the road.
According to NBC, a crew was cutting branches near a wire and one fell on the line. The branch caught fire, then fell on the truck, causing it to catch fire, also.
