Samantha Catherine Pichette 21, of 158 Farnham Ave., New Haven, was arrested Feb. 24 at the Hampton Inn & Suites at 301 Colt Highway. She was charged with second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance at the hotel. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 2, 2011.
Besnik Fera, 22, of 93 Scott Swamp Road, was arrested Feb. 24 at the Hampton Inn & Suites at 301 Colt Highway. Fera was charged with second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance at the hotel. He was held on $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 2, 2011.
Joseph Mellow, 31, of 63 Hammond St., Rockville, was arrested Feb. 23 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and High Street and charged with operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 2, 2011.

Marcos Eagles, 24, of 223 New Britain Ave. Apt. B, Unionville, was arrested Feb. 23 on Farmington Avenue and charged with failure to obey a control signal, improper use of plates marker or registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating under the influence. He was releasd on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 2, 2011.
