Two Charged With Breach of Peace

Robert Street, 32, of 333 Homestead Ave., Hartford, was arrested by warrant March 21 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was held on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 21, 2012.

Thomas Partyka, 57, of 148 Plainville Ave., Unionville, was arrested March 21 during a domestic incident and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 21, 2012.

Lauren McCallum, 42, of 191 Main St., was arrested March 20 at home and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 28, 2012. According to police, officers received a complaint of a small of burnt marijuana and upon investigating, found marijuana at her home. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 28, 2012.

Brian Paul Graf, 29, of 60 Mill St., Unionville, was arrested March 20 at 20 South Main St., and charged with second-degree breach of peace. According to police, he was involved in an argument with another person and was later sent for evaluation due to his erratic behavior.
