According to arrest reports, Welna is accused of taking a relative’s car without permission. She was held on $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 8, 2011.

Tina Nadeau, 40, of 2 Waterview Drive, Danbury, was arrested Sept. 8 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Highwood Road and charged with failure to drive right, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 14, 2011.
Marcelino Bermejo, 19, of 165 Greenwood St., New Britain, was arrested by warrant Sept. 7 at 125 Columbus Boulevard. He was charged with evading responsibility, no insurance and reckless driving in connection with an Aug. 21 accident. He posted $1,000 bond and was scheduled to appear Sept. 14, 2011.

Jessica Medina, 31, of 69 Cabot St., Hartford, was arrested Sept. 7 after turning herself in on a warrant. She was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. According to arrest reports, Medina is accused of threatening or harassing a victim over Facebook and at school. She posted $2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear Sept. 14, 2011.
