CTfastrak to Hold Public Meeting on Busway Path Thursday

CTfastrak will hold an open house and is looking for input regarding the busway which is under construction in Farmington and adjacent towns.

CTfastrak is the central Connecticut region's new rapid transit system. The Connecticut Department of Transportation is seeking input from the public at a CTfastrak open house meeting on Thursday, March 7, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Elmwood Community Center, 1106 New Britain Avenue, to help refine the CTfastrak service plan.

The proposed plan runs from Hartford to New Britain, with one route running through Farmington just off New Britain Avenue and stopping at Westfarms mall, UConn Health Center and Central Connecticut State University.
