From the Town: Debris, Leaf Pickup Ending

If you missed pickup in your neighborhood, bring your leaves and debris to the town compost station - don't put it on the curb.

Debris Removal

The Town of Farmington’s contractor is finishing up the removal of winter storm Alfred related debris including tree limbs and branches from the Town’s right of way.

Leaf collection is continuing, but only one pass will be made for the entire town.  If you missed the leaf pickup in your neighborhood, you may take them to the Town’s compost station.  Residents can also bring their storm related debris to the Town’s compost station. The Town’s compost station located at Tunxis Mead Park off of Red Oak Hill Road will be open 8am – noon Wednesdays and 8am – 4pm Saturdays
