New Farmington Town Council Members Sworn In
Nancy Nickerson starts her first term as Town Council Chairperson.
It's a new year and that means a new term for the recently elected Town Council members.
Nancy W. Nickerson (R) was sworn in as Town Council Chairperson at the council's first meeting of the year on Tuesday, Jan. 14. Jon Landry (R), Peter Mastrobattista (R) and Amy Suffredini (D) were sworn in for the first district of the council and Jeffrey P. Apuzzo (R) and John Vibert (D) were sworn in for the second district.
Meredith Trimble, who was out of town Tuesday for a personal matter, will also be serving the second district on the Town Council. She previously was a member of the Board of Education.
