The town of Farmington recognized the service of Town Council members closing their terms this year before their last council meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 10 

Farmington Town Council Chairman Jeffrey Hogan is retiring from his post on the council and did not seek another term. His fellow council members Charlie Keniston, Patty Stoddard and CJ Thomas are also departing.
