Traffic Committee to Hear Save the Ville Presentation Tonight

Save the Ville members invited to present their ideas on how to resolve traffic congestion in Unionville center.

The Unionville Traffic Committee will meet tonight for the second time with members of the Save the Ville movement that to overturn the traffic committee proposal.

For tonight's meeting, members of the traffic committee asked the Save the Ville group to present and discuss their ideas on how to remedy traffic congestion in Unionville center. The group's powerpoint presentation is at the beginning of the meeting's agenda.

After the committee's was by the Town Council, the group began a discussion within the committee and with Save the Ville members, about how important an issue traffic is for the community and how extensive a project would be welcome.

The committee has compiled a list of possible projects that vary in degree of impact on the area and in anticipated traffic relief. Members have said they remain open to ideas presented by Save the Ville members.
