In Danbury, Esty beat Donovan 752-672, with Roberti trailing with 492 votes. Approximately 18 percent of Danbury's registered Democrats voted and 26 percent of the city's Republicans voted.

Members of the media are currently waiting for Donovan to show up at the Augusta Curtis Cultural Center in Meriden. There are no vote tallies going on here, however, as that is happening at the Donovan campaign headquarters.
