Elections
The Town of Farmington is holding the Municipal Election on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 from 6 am to 8 pm as scheduled. Residents should vote at their regular polling location except Westwood Upper Elementary School is moved to Irving A. Robbins at 20 Wolf Pit Road.

Restoration and Recovery Efforts
As of this morning the Town of Farmington has less than 25% of the population without power. There are 140 crews in town today working to restore the remaining outages. We expect a majority of these areas will be restored by tonight. Neighborhoods that are still affected by power outages include:
•    Walnut Farms Area
•    Highland Park Area
•    Mountain Road Area including Reservoir and Diamond Glenn
•    Forest Hills Area
•    Farmington Woods – Partial outage.

If your neighborhood has power and you still do not this is considered a single service outage. You must report this outage to CL&P. There are CL&P customer service representatives located in the Town Hall from 8:00 am-6:30 pm daily to help you. They can be reached at 860-675-2317.
