Where to Vote in Farmington's Budget Referendum

Thursday is your chance to cast your vote for or against Farmington's proposed 2013-14 budget and three bonding questions

The questions address bonding proposals for road repairs and drainage system improvements, replacing the heating system at Irving A. Robbins and parking lot improvements, installation of a generator and tennis court renovations at the middle school.

The polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. May 2.

Your polling places are as follows:

  • District 1, Precinct 1, 2, 3 and 4: Irving A. Robbins Middle School, 20 Wolf Pit Rd., Farmington
  • District 1, Precinct 5: West Woods Upper Elementary School, 50 Judson Ln., Farmington
  • District 2, Precinct 6: Community/Senior Center, 321 New Britain Ave., Unionville
  • District 2, Precinct 7: Municipal Complex (Farmington High School, Library or Town Hall), 10 Monteith Dr., Farmington
If the budget is defeated, there will be a special Town Council meeting on Friday, May 3 at 4 p.m., a second town meeting on May 6 at 7 p.m. and a second referendum on May 16, according to the budget calendar on the town website.
