Easy Chickpea Chopped Salad

  •     4 cups chick peas
  •     2 stalks celery, chopped
  •     2 peppers (any color), diced
  •     1 zucchini, diced
  •     1 cup broccoli, chopped fine
  •     ½ cup diced carrots
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss with your favorite vinaigrette dressing. Voila! Done.

Try this delicious and simple combination: In a pitcher: fill with fresh cold filtered water and simply add 1-2 sliced lemons and a bunch of mint leaves. It’s refreshing, cleansing and delicious!
