Major Work Concert

Farmington High School Music Department presents a Major Work Concert involving the entire department.   The concert will begin with a selection by the Wind Ensemble conducted by Mr. Thomas Johnston.

The choirs and orchestra will perform the Gloria by Antonio Vivaldi.  Dr. Paul Pierce is conducting this work collaborating with the choral directors, Christen Hernandez and Leslie Imse.  This work is representative of the Baroque era and features elegant instrumental lines with pure vocal sound.

The event is free to the public.
