Nutmeg State Orchid Society Meeting, Monday, September 10th, 7-9 pm.  

Our distinguished speaker is Daryl Yerdon, owner of Kelley's Korner Orchid Supplies located in Milford, NH. Daryl's presentation will be on "Basic Orchid Care and Repotting. Daryl is also a member of the New Hampshire Orchid Society and in 1996 he purchased his first orchid at the New Hampshire Orchid Society annual show in Nashua, NH. Sixteen years later Daryl's orchid collection has grown from that first Cattleya to over 400 orchids grown in a large greehouse for "warm growers" and a light stand in his basement for "cool growers". In 2009 the New Hampshire Orchid Society awarded Daryl with the Sawyer Family Advanced Grower Trophy recognizing him as an expert grower for the NHOS. Daryl frequently displays his orchids at many local orchid society shows, where several of his orchids have received Certificate of Clutural Merit from the American Orchid Society. 

Kelley's Korner Orchid Supplies has everything you need to grow great orhids including a full line of orchid pots and baskets, labels, humidity trays, fertilizers, etc. They sell all types of media for potting or mounting orchids and also make a variety of specialized potting mixes using the highest quality ingredients available. Daryl is able to bring his expertise and experience growing orchids to Kelley's Korner and is happy to assist others with questions about orchid supplies and care.  Nutmeg State Orchid Society Meets at the Lion's Club "Camp Happy Hill", 87 W.
