Simple Stress Solutions with Elite Life Coach Bernadette Bolton

On Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., Elite Life Coach, Bernadette Bolton, will give a one-hour seminar that will provide you with professional tips to help you take control, find balance, and live a healthier, happier, more peaceful life.

Bernadette Bolton is a certified Elite Life Coach and owner of Exceptional Life Personal Coaching. Her mission is to help people live their best lives by creating goal-oriented success strategies individually designed to best suit each person's unique situation, goals and challenges. She empowers people by teaching them how to develop what she believes are the three elements of success - clearly defined values and goals, a manageable lifestyle and a positive mindset. 

Offering individual packages, group sessions and workshops, she provides clients with the tools, techniques and support they need to finally make the positive changes in their lives they've always wanted to make, but just haven't been able to do on their own.
