“The Spiritual Lives of Teenagers"

St. James Episcopal Church, Farmington, will offer an informative three-part series on growing up in a world vastly different from that of the last generation.  This multi-part discussion series is open to all parents, educators, youth leaders and teens.  All are invited to any of the three sessions which will include time for questions and conversation.  The programs will take place from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the church hall at  3 Mountain Road in Farmington, CT amidst the campus of Miss Porter’s School.

Session Three (May 14) “The Spiritual Lives of Teenagers"

Patricia Lyons, author of Soul of Adolescence, and teacher of ethics and religion at Stephen’s and St. Agnes School in Alexandria, Virginia, will talk about moral formation among adolescents and how parents may respond effectively to the spiritual needs of teenagers.
