The Truth About Estate Planning: Workshop with Judge John Caruso and Certified Financial Planner Ednalou Ballard


On Tuesday, October 9, the Farmington Libraries welcomes Judge John Caruso and Certified Financial Planner Ednalou Ballard for a special educational workshop called, “The Truth About Estate Planning.”


Judge Caruso will reveal his knowledge and experience on living trusts, avoiding unnecessary probate delays and expenses, and preserving your money for your children and charitable causes. Certified Financial Planner Ednalou Ballard will explore such topics as: Can you really disinherit Uncle Sam? And essential tax planning strategies to provide and pass on non-taxable income to your spouse, children and grandchildren.

All Attendees Will Be Given a Copy of the “25 Documents You Need Before You Die.” This event is free and open to the public. No products will be sold at this seminar.


Advance registration is required for this program. Please call 860-673-6791 for details or register through the library’s web site at http://www.farmingtonlibraries.org. The event will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the main library at 6 Monteith Drive.
