Tunxis Hosts Child Identification Event

Tunxis Community College invites families in the community to a Connecticut Child Identification Program (CTCHIP) event on May 3, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in Whit’s Place (cafeteria), sponsored by the Tunxis student Dental Assisting Club and Student Government Association. All services are free of charge.

Tunxis dental assisting students will take children’s dental impressions during the event, which is coordinated by the Connecticut Freemasons Foundation, Inc. Connecticut Freemasons volunteers will also offer cheek swabbing for DNA samples, fingerprinting, brief videotaped interviews, and digital photographs.
