Brendan Burns, a junior at Connecticut College, performed in the Music Department's "Student Recital" Dec. 3 in Fortune Hall.

The afternoon's program featured musical selections by Handel, Chopin, Bach and other classical musicians.

Burns, a 2011 graduate of Farmington High School, is the son of Wendy and John Burns of Farmington.
