Farmington public schools will open 90 minutes late Wednesday morning as cleanup continues from Tuesday's messy storm. As a result, morning kindergarten has been canceled.
A parking ban also remains in effect until Thursday morning.
The National Weather Service issued a statement early Wednesday warning of the danger of frozen, slippery roads and sidewalks as temperatures hover near freezing. The weather service also predicted the possibility of snow showers and freezing drizzle in the morning.
