Union School EXCL Program Celebrates Lights On Afterschool

Nationwide initiative celebrates the programs that families count on.

The Union School EXCL Program celebrated Lights On Afterschool, a nationwide initiative of the Afterschool Alliance that supports quality afterschool programs that keep kids safe, inspire learning and help working families.  Union School's EXCL students made a witch's hand out of candy corn candies and popcorn, went in a haunted house made at school by EXCL staff, and played games outside.  Staff and students painted pumpkins purple in support of epilepsy awareness.  Every staff member and student got a t-shirt in Union School green that reads "How Can We EXCL You?"
