Visions for Vacancies: What Businesses Should Move into Vacant Mill Street Building?

There is an old brick building on Mill Road, next to the construction for the new Walgreens at the corner of Mill Street Route 177, that has been vacant for a long time.

But VAG, LLC got approval from the Town Planning and Zoning Commission over the summer to bring shops, a gallery, and/or offices to the empty building. The commission voted on the special permit June 24.

The space is located at 29 Mill St. Available units span from 500 to 9,000 square feet.

For more information on the vacant storefront, contact Brian Lyman at Parker Benjamin Real Estate Services, LLC at 860-983-0979 or BLyman@ParkerBenjamin.com.

What types of small businesses would you like to see go into the vacant building?
