Farmington High School Cheerleading Tryouts will be held Wednesday, May 2 and Thursday, May 3 from 3-5 in the high school gym for the 2012/2013 seasons. Any student currently in 8th grade to 11th grade who have an interest in dance, cheer, tumbling, stunting and leadership are encouraged to tryout.
There is only ONE tryout for next year. Students will have three options at tryouts. Football season or Winter season (which includes home basketball games, 4 wrestling meets and competition season) or to cheer all year long. All selected cheerleaders will have the option to attend a cheer camp in July at Western Connecticut University.
Seventeen members for each season will be selected following the conclusion of tryouts.
