Kicking for Miracles Charity Event & Olympic Taekwondo Academy Open House

Break a Wooden Board With Your Hands… for Charity!

Olympic Taekwondo Academy (OTA) invites area adults and children to learn how to break a wooden board with their hands…for charity.  The “Kicking for Miracles” event will be held on Sunday, October 16th from 12:30pm to 5:00pm outside the Olympic Taekwondo Academy (in the Farmington Bank parking lot) in Unionville.  Proceeds will benefit CT Children’s Medical
Center (CCMC).

The Kicking for Miracles event will also feature free taekwondo and women’s self-defense classes; a demonstration by Master Kiye Cho – a 2003 Gold medal winner in the World Taekwondo League Championships and other OTA Masters/instructors; a demonstration by the Light of the World Demo Team; food and beverages; and a bounce-house for kids.  The
event is free and open to the public. A small donation to CCMC is requested for board breaking activities.
