Farmington Field Hockey Players Honored

Three named as All State First Team, two as All State Scholar Athletes, Jamie Bartucca named to All American Regional Team.

Five Farmington field hockey players were honored at the Connecticut All State banquet on Tuesday night at the Aqua Turf in Southington. Jamie Bartucca, Haley Campbell and Jadin James were honored with All State 1st Team recognition.  Ali Prisloe and Meghan Stoddard were honored as Farmington All State Scholar Athletes. In addition, Jamie Bartucca was named as the MVP from the CT All State Senior Game. Additionally, Jamie Bartucca was named to the All American Regional Team.

The team had a great season (16-0-0-2), making it to the State semi-finals where they lost in double overtime, 1-2. The team is coached by Nelle Andrews and Jenn Wood.
