The Farmington girls volleyball team continued their winning ways with an exciting match over CCC rival Southington. Both teams entered Monday’s game with only 2 losses each and Farmington was out to even the score after losing to Southington earlier in the season.
Farmington came out strong and won the first game handily by a score of 25-9. They continued to dominate with a 25-18 win in the second game. Southington regrouped in the third and had a strong showing and an easy win of 25-15. Both teams battled through a close fourth game that Southington ended up winning 25-20. Farmington again showed their determination and worked hard to win the fifth and deciding game by a score of 16 -14.
