First-Round Tournament Matches for Farmington

The following are the first-round tournament matchups, times and locations for Farmington High School teams released today by the CIAC:

Boys Soccer Class LL (@Farmington Nov. 11, 2 p.m.): No. 6 Farmington (11-1-3) v. No. 27 New Britain (6-6-4)

Field Hockey Class M: Farmington (14-1) has a first-round bye and is scheduled to face the winner of No. 15 Sheehan (6-7-2-1)/No. 18 Watertown (5-8-1-1) in the second round at Trinity College on Nov. 11 at 2 p.m.

Girls Soccer Class L (@Farmington Nov. 12, 2 p.m.) The No. 8 Indians (9-3-3) have a first-round bye and are scheduled to face the winner of No. 9 Bristol Central (11-5)/No. 24 Rockville (6-8-2) in the second round.

Girls Volleyball Class L (@Farmington Nov. 12, 7 p.m.) The No. 5 Indians (15-3) have a first-round bye and are scheduled to face the winner of No. 12 Bristol Central (12-6)/No. 21 Naugatuck (8-10) in the second round.

Girls Swimming Class L: The Farmington girls swimming and diving team is scheduled to compete in the state Class L competition in accordance with the following schedule:

  Warm-up -- 4:00-5:25 p.m. / Diving -- 5:30 p.m.
