On November 3, 2012 two Farmington travel soccer teams won the CT State Cup. The Farmington U11 girls started out as one 69 teams in the tournament and went on to win the Cup when they defeated Avon, 4-0. The Farmington Force U12 boys started out as one of 45 teams in the tournament and went on to win the Cup as they defeated Fairfield United, 3-0.
