FHS Cheer Team Shines, Readies for Season at Camp
Team took home trophies and ribbons for performance at recent cheer camp.
The Farmington High School Varsity Cheer Team attended the UCA Cheer Camp in July at Western Connecticut State University.
The 20 team members attending, lead by Senior Co-Captains Ariel Marrero and Courtney Bedard, received two 2012 Superior Trophies, four superior ribbons and one excellent ribbon for dance, cheer and stunt routines performed throughout the four-day camp. Ariel Marrero was named to the UCA All-Star Squad and was invited to tryout for the 2013 UCA Cheer Staff.
The Farmington High School Varsity Cheer team has many exciting performances planned for the 2012-2013 school year. Be sure to check out the Farmington Football Home Opener on Friday, September 14th. GO INDIANS!
