Barry you got some splainin to do! What, its only the 4th Amendment?
You limit the 1st Amendment simply by calling speech you do not like "Hate Speech" and shazam it is against the law! Want to know what someone you disagree with politically is praying about, get them to form a 501(c)(3) or (4) and the IRS will ask them for you [when they aren't partying like its 2008] and they will widely disclose the information with impunity even if doing so is against Federal law.
You limit the 2nd Amendment by waiting until an obviously mentally ill individual kills children in a "gun free zone" with weapons he "murdered to obtain" and you infringe again that which "shall not be infringed".
You destroy the 10th amendment by stripping from the states their privilege to elect Senators to represent their interests [Non Progressives pay attention to this one] and simply redefining Interstate Commerce and the General Welfare clauses. Even if you are not a Patriot and into the Constitution, take a few minutes are read about Wickard v. Filburn a 1945 case that redefined the Federal Government's ability to regulate the economy [yes I linked the Wikipedia version because that is were most people were going to go anyway].
But who knew that it only took the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) acting in secret to shred the 4th Amendment. In case you went to public school and were never taught the Constitution of our country the 4th Amendment is one of those really long ones [54 words] and uses old words like right, Warrants and Oath so stick with me and don't change the channel yet. It reads:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized"
I know how old fashioned. Your stuff is your stuff and the Collective [oops should have said the Government] can't snoop or take your stuff without a warrant and probable cause presented to a real judge in open court. Well unless of course somewhere out there a Citizens might be doing something we don't like. Then bring in the Drones and save the airfare to the United States Naval Station Guantanamo Bay Camp 7 or Camp No!
Yet another example of what happens when Progressive / Socialist run the Unionized Public Schools. Children are taught directly and indirectly that the Collective [oops again, the government] is good, benevolent, and knows what it is doing. If it is forced to act [by someone the Collective finds undesirable], it is doing so for your good, and after all you're not doing anything wrong so why should you care [where is Pastor Niemöller when you need him]?
Does anyone believe that the Hartford Courant would have printed a 1/4 column above the fold headlined "Feds Mine Web Traffic" if a Republican President extracted the "audio and video, chats, photographics, emails, documents and connection logs" for everyone who ever used the web or a cell phone? And what is the front page story about - DATA MINING. Not privacy or the violation of your 4th Amendment Rights, DATA MINING.
And would someone please tell me given that
- Radical and Fundamentalist Islam are no longer threats [aren't we giving guns to the Muslim Brotherhood and thru the Republic of Turkey to Al Qaeda fighting against Hezbollah and Syrian troops backed by Iran and the Russian Federation],
- there is no longer a war on Terrorism or Terrorist, its a matter for the police and the criminal justice system,
- according to BHO the Congressional Authorization for Use of Military Force should be rescinded,
- Jihad is only a personal struggle,
- Al Qaeda has been "decimated" [I thought that meant one in ten like the old Roman Legion punishment for cowardice],
- we are leaving Afghanistan because the war is over [did we win or was it called for lack of interest] and
- we have apologised for all our past wrongs and BHO is still President, ensuring that we do not sin again,
Could there be other reasons to know what Sovereign Citizens are saying, picturing, chatting, emailing, posting [oops you can read that here], watching, reading or surfing? Not so long as you shut up, sit down, and do what you betters tell you to do!
And the Sheeple say BAAH! BAAH! BAAH all the way to the shearing shed or the meat packing house [staffed by newly documented productive purple shirted members of the collective and supervised by a new generation of brown shirted Kapos - Funktionshäftling not Caporegime - ok that one was a stretch], your route selected for you by your betters. History does have a habit of repeating itself!
I submit that if the Third Reich had this technology there would not have been a Jew, Gypsy, LGBT, Cognitively, Physically or Emotionally impaired person, or trade unionist left in previously occupied Europe at the end of the War [of Liberation] but no worries we can TRUST our Government. It says so right on my Federal Reserve Notes [oops that's In God We Trust but to a true believing Progress its the say difference].
