The Caucasus Emirate, some of what a Sovereign Citizens should know

Ever since the terrorist attacked at the Boston Marathon, Chechnya and Dagestan have been in the news. Usually it is a passing notation as the "country" of origin of the attackers or a place one brothers visited recently for "6 months".  The mainstream media [carrying water for their Progressive / Socialist ideological masters] have attempted to establish the meme that Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are "lone wolves", that they are secular or recently became religious, and they are Russian [yes technically both Chechnya and Dagestan are federal subject provinces - there are 83 such Republics which make up the Russian Federation formed in March of 2008]. So while being Russian is correct, stopping there further distracts the sheep aways from the issue of Islamic Terrorism [oops should have said Religious Terrorism].

The goal of the Progressive / Socialist media is to downplay the Tsarnaev's membership in the "Collective".  They prefer to attribute responsibility to them individually.  Unlike a clearly mentally ill Adam Lanza, who the media declared a member of the "GUN CULTURE" collective and therefore all guns, accessories, ammunition, manufactures, sellers, pension funds who own stock in publicly traded weapons manufacturers, federal or state regulated financial institutions that have commercial relationships with weapons manufactures, the NRA, legislators at all levels of government who have failed to "DO SOMETHING" but worse of all, individual GUN OWNERS who are jointly and severally responsible for the deaths of the Newton Innocents.  Remember until such time as America progresses [or leans Forward depending on your choice of media] sufficiently to achieve the land promised by Marx [yes the promised land, a radical egalitarian and socially just society where each contributes according to their means and each receives according to their need] the PTB get to determine if you are acting as an individual or as part of the collective depending on the narrative in play.

One might ask what Collective "membership" might the media be downplaying?  Could it be Radical Islam [the political ideology that works toward the reuniting of the Umma under a Caliphate]. For me, the answer to that question is currently only speculation, inference and conjecture supported by a mounting stack of data.  But always willing to learn from my betters, I turn to a wise arbiter of what the sheep should know, David Sirota, Progressive political commentator and radio host based in Denver who in a Tuesday, April 16, 2013 post on Salon.com entitled Let's hope the Boaton Marathon bomber is a white America wrote:

... the specific identity of the Boston Marathon bomber (or bombers) is not some minor detail — it will almost certainly dictate what kind of governmental, political and societal response we see in the coming weeks. That means regardless of your particular party affiliation, if you care about everything from stopping war to reducing the defense budget to protecting civil liberties to passing immigration reform, you should hope the bomber was a white domestic terrorist. Why? Because only in that case will privilege work to prevent the Boston attack from potentially undermining progress on those other issues."

So yet again and this time in rather plain English, the Progressive / Socialist media has an agenda.  If the Tsarnaevs are follower of Radical Islam say the type behind the formation of the Caucasus Emirate, it would get in the way of other more important issues that need to move Forward [I digress] .  My central point is that the mainstream media almost never provides context or history concerning the region or commentary on why such context could help explain the actions of these Radical Islamist who may also be Islamic Extremism [the scriptural / historical interpretations of their faith which require believers to “Fight against them until idolatry is no more and Allah's religion reigns supreme” 2:193 and requires the adoption of Sharia - to say Sharia Law is redundant Sharia is the moral code and religious law of Islam].

I am by no means an expert or even well versed in the area but I do know a few things that might help provide some context for the actions of the Tsarnaev brothers.

The Caucasian Emirate is a self-proclaimed virtual state entity, in part the successor to the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. It was officially announced on October 31, 2007 by former President of Ichkeria Dokka Umarov, who became the first Emir. In his announcement, Emir Umarov described the United States, Great Britain and Israel as “common enemies of Muslims worldwide” [some would say it was a declaration of war].  Both the Russian Federation and the United States have designated the Caucasus Emirate as a terrorist organisation. In July 29, 2011 the United Nations Security Council Al-Qaeda and Taliban Sanctions Committee added the Caucasus Emirate to the list of entities associated with Al-Qaeda. 

The Caucasian Emirate is currently comprised of all or parts of: 

• Chechnya
  
• Ingushetia  
• North Ossetia
• Adygea  
• Southern part of Krasnodar Krai
• Dagestan 
• Kabardino-Balkaria  
• the greater part of Karachay-Cherkessia 
• northern part of Krasnodar Krai and Stavropol Krai
