Elizabeth Esty a foolish ideologue

First the foolish part.

The proposed Federal legislation which failed to pass the Senate would not have prevented the murder of 26 Inocentes in Sandy Hook and it would have further infringed that which "shall not be infringed". I know you are a Progressive / Socialist and you have difficulty understanding plain [unspun] English but let me try it one more time - NOTHING IN THE PROPOSED FEDERAL LEGISLATION WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THE MURDERS in Sandy Hook, NOTHING.  So for about the hundredth time on Patch:

• Guns don't kill people, people kill people,
• Guns did not kill 26 innocents in Sandy Hook, a clearly mentally ill Adam Lanza did,
• Guns did not kill 6 people and wound 13 in Tucson, a clearly mentally ill Jared Lee Loughner did,
• Guns did not kill 12 people and wound 58 in Aurora, CO, a clearly mentally ill James Eagan Holmes did,
• Guns did not kill 13 people and wound 30 at Ft Hood, a clearly mentally ill Jihadist Nidal Malik Hasan did [I'll leave the whole Jihad vs mentally ill part for another post],
• Guns did not kill 13 people and wound 21 at Columbine High School, a clearly mentally ill Eric David Harris and Dylan Bennet Klebold did,
• Two pressure cookers did not kill 3 and wound 146 people at the Boston Marathon, Chechen Jihadists did,
• Knives did not kill people at a Texas college a clearly mentally ill Dylan Quick did and
• an SUV did not attempt to spontaneously explode in Time Square, NY, Faisal Shahzad pack it with explosives and attempt to blow it up [that whole Jihadist thing again]

... see a pattern yet Congressperson Esty?  One that does not further your disarm the sheep agenda, that is.  Let me help you out, MENTAL ILLNESS and JIHADIST [for the purposes of this post I’m not say’en that’s redundant]!  Now, let me say it again, again, and again the problem is NOT law abiding American Citizens.  

That’s how we get to the ideologue part.

I have pointed out many times in my Patch blog The Sovereign Citizen the way Progressives like you turn on and off concerns for the individual as it suits your Collectivist agenda.  An agenda which can be summarized as

• Sheep [oops should have said individuals] do not have a right to self defense,
• only the Collective [the State] has the right to self defense.  
• sheep with weapons are a threat to the Collective / State
• therefore, sheep do not require nor should they have weapons of any kind. 

Sheep should shut up, sit down, and do what their betters [the properly educated loyal to the Collective shepherds] tell them to do which includes compliantly waiting for the state sanctioned first responders, Baah!  If a few children, bystanders, students, or tourist die so be it, the Collective is safe from the rabble, and that is what counts  [ever see someone try to use a pitchfork against a defended Mine Resistant MaxxPro MRAP vehicles and besides who has a pitchfork now a days]”

You know that you will never be able to Amend the CT Constitution and eliminate Article I, Section 15 “Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state.” [maybe we should consider teaching the CT Constitution in the schools at least until we totally adopt the new federal common core curriculum but I digress] or amend the Federal Constitutions to eliminate the Second Amendment so you work for PROGRESSIVE INFRINGEMENT.  You apply the Emanuel Doctrine everytime there is a “crisis” and hope that the sheep never realize that the Collective has infringed their right of self defense to the point that is is functionally useless.

So forget the fact that the proposed law would not protect “the children”, that it is another step towards a national firearms registry, that with one notable recent exception every time a firearms registry has been enacted it has led to confiscation by an oppressive government, and that Progressives / Socialist like you never [one more time with feeling NEVER] clearly and unequivocally state what is the final goal that we are progressing towards [for example how much gun control is enough - a prohibition on all weapons or how much government spending is enough - everything belongs to the Collective to be redistributed as needed to its members?].  

Let me speak frankly something you will never do.  I and like minded Sovereign Citizens DO NOT TRUST YOU, Congresswoman Esty. You are an ideologue with a agenda, you do not have the intestinal fortitude to clearly state what you believe in and what your goals are.  It is left to the Citizens to infer your goals from your actions.  But no matter, so long as the Takers keep getting their free stuff and the sheep can watch reality TV, a foolish ideologue can be sent to Congress. Ms Esty you are no Rodger Sherman and it is clear that if Thomas Jefferson were serving in Congress today he would never say of you "That is Ms Esty, of Connecticut, a woman who never said a foolish thing in her life” Sadly how times have changed in the land of steady habits! The 5th could do soooo much better.
