The Zimmerman verdict is in and the 6th Amendment was found guilty.

• You limit the 1st Amendment simply by calling speech you do not like "Hate Speech" and shazam it is against the law!
• You limit the 2nd Amendment by waiting until an obviously mentally ill individual kills children in a "gun free zone" with weapons he "murdered to obtain" and you infringe again that which "shall not be infringed". 
• You trash the 3rd with impunity if you are the Las Vegas police and you want to occupy a private home for an indeterminate period of time [without a warrant or compensation] as part of a sting operation and the owner demurs, 
• It only took the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) acting in secret to shred the 4th Amendment.
• You destroy the 10th Amendment by stripping from the states their privilege to elect Senators to represent their interests.
• You increase the power of the federal government with a few Supreme Court cases like Wickard v. Filburn, and now
• Progressives / Collectivist are attacking the 6th Amendment.  

First a refresher for some and new news for those of you indoctrinated [oops educated] in CT union dominated public schools, the 6th Amendment is a long one but it is the basis for most of the cop / courtroom shows that keep you passively entertained each night.  It reads:

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."

Back to the future. In a stunning example of the Emanuel Principle ["You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before."], the Progressive / Collectivist mainstream media has plucked the tragic death of a young black man [out of the thousands that have occurred in the last 12 months mostly in Progressive-governed cities] and turned it into a cause célèbre in hopes of advancing multiple narratives: 

• gun confiscation [oops reasonable gun controls to protect the children], the repeal of Stand Your Ground laws [only the State has the right of self defense it should not apply to the Sheeple] and the elimination of Castle Doctrine protections [which are unfair to the economically disadvantaged who make their living breaking, entering, robbing, raping, and murdering anyone weaker than they],
• income redistribution, rich "light skinned hispanics" living in gated communities while black children go to their mattress at night hungry for Skittles and iced tea afraid for their lives,
• individuals banding together to protect their community BAD waiting passively for government sanctioned first responders GOOD,
• racial or "gansta grab" profiling BAD [forget that according to the US Department of Justice between 1980 - 2008 blacks were disproportionately represented as homicide offenders. The offending rate for blacks (34.4 per 100,000) was almost 8 times higher than the rate for whites (4.5 per 100,000) - I think that is called an inconvenient truth] yielding to political pressure NOT to discuss the true root causes of the destruction of the black family GOOD,
• General distraction value with Fast and Furious, Benghazi, the IRS, Journalist Data seizures, the NSA data collection scandals stubbornly refusing to go away not to mention the "train wreck that is Obama Care gaining speed, 
• but my personal favorite the criminal justice system is racist, unfair, and responsible for the fact that so many black men are in prison so the 6th Amendment is by definition BAD and a socially just overhaul of the American justice system with amnesty for all convicted under the old oppressive system GOOD.

The mainstream media and their paid race hucksters [oops should have said insightful commentators who happen to be persons of color] have concluded that the 6th Amendment

• is guilty of racism, 
• due process be damned it failed to provide Martin with a "fair" trial, 
• it failed to guarantee social justice, and 
• it failed most egregiously by preventing the mob from obtain its hearts' desire.

None other than Reverend Jesse Jackson, race huckster extraordinaire, has pronounced that Martin failed to receive a fair trial because there were no men or blacks on the jury.  At the risk of being politically incorrect, Mr. Jackson, Martin was not on trial for his life, George Zimmerman was and under American law he was innocent until proven guilty by a jury of his peers.  The state used the full force of its will and still failed to make its case.  Yet according to Jackson, the trial was “unfair” and “he's [Zimmerman] at least guilty of murder”.

Barrels of ink and gigabytes of storage have been spent on the Zimmerman / Martin affair.  Every aspect of the investigation, pretrial and trial were broadcast and analyzed by talking heads in the Progressive dominated mainstream media. The trial was televised live drawing more gigabytes of Tweets, Facebook postings, blog entries, chats and emails.  BUT even with all this scrutiny, the six jury women were racially biased and found Zimmerman NOT GUILTY because they hate black people.  

So the only answer is to do away with the 6th Amendment and replace it with a more socially just method of ensuring social justice, maybe lady liberty needs to take of the blind fold and place her thumb on the scales. 

Collectivist / Progressive are deathly afraid of the Constitution, why else would Patriot groups that teach the Constitution be labeled as Hate Groups and the teaching of civics be dropped from most public school curriculums.  Your rights are what the Collectives says they are and just like with the NSA scandal the actions of the Collective are Constitution if BHO say they are so shut up sit down and do what your betters tell you to do!

Martin's death was a tragedy as are the deaths of thousands of other young black men killed each year at the hands of other young black men.  Ask yourself why now and why only Martin?  A distraction, yes.  But also a part of the continuing effort to undermine the Constitution. Zimmerman was arrested, charged, tried before a jury of his peers and was found NOT GUILTY. It is always the same issue with Progressives, where are we progressing towards? What's the end point? The alternative? The goal? Not hope and change but specifics. In this case, what system of justice should replace the 6th Amendment? A mob, a rope, a tree, or should be just go directly to the party's Schutzstaffel, concentration camps, gas chambers and ovens?
