What's Up with Downsizing? July Seminar Series

Are you or a loved one planning to make a move but don’t know where to begin? We’re here to help! Throughout the month of July, Village Gate will host a series of events focused on downsizing. These fun and informative seminars will provide you with the tools you need to organize and sell your current residence,then locate and transition into a new home.

Friday, July 5 at 2:00 pm - Selling Your Home
Dianne Rechel of Realty Executives will provide a variety of useful and personalized tips on selling your current home. Dianne has nearly 20 years of experience helping both buyers and sellers of houses, condos, land, and investment properties.

Thursday, July 11 at 5:30 pm - Dine & Discuss: What’s Up with Downsizing?
Meet downsizing experts Susan Rabinovitch of SR Consulting and Aaron Wlochowski of The Dutiful Daughter.These compassionate professionals simplify one of life’s most daunting tasks – organizing and moving from your home. From early-stage planning to unpacking in your new residence, Susan and Aaron will help you build a solid plan – and connect you with the area’s top resources – to achieve a stress-free move. Saturday, July 27 at 2:00 pm - Senior Living Open House
If you or a loved one are considering moving to a senior living community, you won’t want to miss this open house.
