Tunxis Community College in Farmington has announced the names of those students who have qualified for the Dean’s List for the Fall 2013 semester. Full-time students who are matriculated in a certificate or degree program and successfully complete 12 or more credits with a GPA of 3.4 or higher during the semester are eligible for this academic honor. From health, human services and technology to liberal arts and sciences programs, Tunxis offers over 60 associate’s degrees and certificates, providing critical thinking and problem-solving skills that prepare students for transfer to bachelor’s degree programs and employment in areas with industry need.
