We've had a lot of news to fit into a short week:

  1. Some of our foot care providers spent Tuesday evening at homeless shelters offering foot exams and new pairs of boots.
  2. One of our emergency medicine physicians was honored by the UConn provost for his public engagement and community service.
  3. Yet another high-profile national recognition for Dr. Cato Laurencin, elected fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science
  4. And a heartwarming Thanksgiving story of a patient who came back to our hospital to spread some cheer (with video!)
