A small green between Perry and School streets, the Alice Clover Pinney Park with its picturesque white gazebo is a favorite spot for wedding photos and town activities.

The summer concert series is held here, as is a holiday carol sing. The Halloween parade starting at Tunxis Hose loops around this park.

According to Historical Society documents, the park was named for Alice "Clover" Pinney, who was an advocate for women's right to vote and was Unionville's first female voter. Pinney was also Connecticut's first female tax collector and a reporter for The Hartford Courant.
