Au Bon Pain
Drag box to select area
Au Bon Pain began by Louis Kane smelling the wonderful aroma of fresh bread in Boston's Faneuil Hall Market place, in 1978. He wanted everyone to be able to enjoy fresh bread, croissants, baguettes and pastries. He found guidance from bread master Lionel Poilane, a French artisan. Can you taste the special ingredients such as Guerande sea salt harvested from the French coastline? It also offers stews, soups, oatmeal and yogurt, beverages, and desserts. In addition, it provides catering and gift baskets. You can read about its charity organization called Food for Life, on its website.
