Ruby Tuesday was first opened in Knoxville, Tennesse, by a few college buddies led by Samuel E. Beall. That was back in 1972. It was bought out a few years later and now there are more than 700 restaurants all over the world! It is classified as a bar-and-grill category in the U.S. casual dining restaurant industry. Ruby Tuesday offers an awesome, endless fresh garden salad bar, ribs, chicken, steak, seafood, pasta, handcrafted burgers, soups, sandwiches, and desserts. The restaurant is also involved in several charity organizations such as; Cookies for a Cause, Ruby Relief Fund, and Feeding America.
