The Grist Mill offers fine European cuisine. It is owned and operated by Kristine and Anthony Girulo. It offers appetizers, salads, pastas, traditional and fire grilled entrees. One of its signature dishes is genuine calves liver sauteed with caramelized onions, shallots and demi-balsamic reduction. In the warmer weather, it offers outdoor seating overlooking the Farmington River. For private parties, it offers the Mill Room.
