The Tunxis Fore Driving Range has more than 30 tees for customers to practice their swings before hitting an actual…More course. Clubs are available to use while on the range, including lefty clubs, women's and children's. The Halloween parade starting at Tunxis Hose loops around this park.</p> <p>According to Historical Society documents, the park was named for Alice "Clover" Pinney, who was an advocate for women's right to vote and was Unionville's first female voter. Pinney was also Connecticut's first female tax collector and a reporter for <em>The Hartford Courant.</em></p>
