Jay is the assistant local editor for Andover Patch and North Andover Patch.
Jay has written for Patch since September, 2010. He is also a high school English and Journalism teacher in Lawrence, MA. Jay earned his Master's degree at Northeastern University and his Bachelor's at UMass-Dartmouth.
